Shine Global Tech is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive – Content & Creative to join our team in Rishikesh.
This is a hands-on creative role where you will work on multiple client projects and social media accounts. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, Reels, graphics and managing day-to-day social media activities across different brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content
- Design creative graphics for social media using Canva, Photoshop or AI tools
- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Plan and maintain content calendars for multiple brands
- Create and publish posts, Stories, Reels and other social content
- Research trending content, formats, sounds and social media trends
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and content ideas
- Monitor engagement, reach and overall content performance
- Coordinate with the internal team for content planning and execution
- Work according to individual client/brand requirements and content guidelines
- Continuously experiment with new creative formats and ideas
Skills We're Looking For:
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Strong interest in Reels and short-form video content
- Good visual and creative sense
- Basic to good video editing skills
- Knowledge of Canva is required
- Knowledge of Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage
- Comfortable using AI tools for content and graphic creation
- Good understanding of current social media trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
Canva | CapCut | Photoshop | Premiere Pro | ChatGPT | AI Creative Tools
Who Can Apply?
Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong creative skills and a good portfolio.
Candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, graphic design or video editing are also encouraged to apply.
A creative portfolio or examples of Reels/social media work will be highly valued.

Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
