About the Role
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Associate to support the company's branding, lead generation, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both digital and offline marketing and be capable of executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Manage and update social media accounts and company website content.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate and nurture leads.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Organize promotional events, exhibitions, property launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and business partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate or infrastructure sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
