Role Overview
The Medical Representative will be responsible for meeting doctors, healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and recommending our healthcare services. The goal is to create awareness, generate patient leads, and ensure recurring business through strong professional relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesDoctor & Hospital Outreach
- Meet doctors (GPs, specialists, consultants) and introduce our healthcare services.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions for relationship building.
- Explain service benefits, pricing, patient process flow, and support model.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly targets for referrals, partner onboarding, and patient leads.
- Generate prescriptions or service recommendations from doctors.
- Assist clinics/hospitals in executing wellness camps, sample collection drives, health checkups, etc.
Relationship Management
- Act as the key point of contact for partner doctors and clinics.
- Support onboarding, handle escalations, and coordinate service delivery with operations.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure consistent patient flow and repeat business.
Reporting & Market Feedback
- Maintain a daily call report of visits, leads, and conversions.
- Track competitor activities and share market intelligence.
- Provide feedback to management to refine product and service offerings.
Who You Are
- 1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Pharma Sales / Hospital Marketing / Healthcare Sales.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with doctors and healthcare staff.
- Ability to travel locally for field visits.
- Energetic, target-driven, and self-disciplined with strong follow-ups.
- Experience in diagnostics, clinics, medical devices, or wellness sector is a plus.

Pay: ₹21,548.71 - ₹34,422.56 per month
