An Executive Assistant (EA) is a professional who provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders such as Executive director, founders, presidents, or other executives.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Handling correspondence, emails, and communications
- Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Taking meeting notes and tracking action items
- Managing projects and following up on deadlines
- Serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Maintaining confidential information and executive priorities
