We are seeking a professional, good-energy Front Desk Executive to be the face of our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will manage our front-office operations, provide exceptional service to visiting clients, and support our sales and project management teams with administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional atmosphere of our office and ensuring seamless communication between our team and our stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Guest & Client Management
Greet clients, investors, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Offer and coordinate refreshments for guests during meetings.
Manage the visitor log and ensure all guests are directed to the appropriate department or executive.
2. Communication & Coordination
Handle incoming calls, filter inquiries, and redirect them to the sales or project teams.
Manage the general office email and distribute correspondence to the relevant team members.
Coordinate with couriers and handle incoming/outgoing mail or project documents.
3. Administrative Support
Maintain organized reception area and conference rooms.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared with necessary materials.
4. Real Estate Specific Support
Provide basic information to walk-in inquiries regarding current projects.
Assist in maintaining a database of lead inquiries if required by the sales team.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front-desk operations, preferably in real estate, goodhospitality, or a corporate environment.
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills (English and local languages).
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under pressure.
Appearance: Must maintain a very good appearance at all times.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
