Technical Garment Designer — Contract (Bengaluru, on-site)
I’m looking for a technical garment designer for a focused, project-based brief.
It’s a single, well-defined design problem — contained in scope, but genuinely challenging. It needs someone who understands fabric deeply: how it drapes, holds tension, and sits on the body across different shapes and sizes. The goal is a clean, repeatable result, and you’d own the design through prototyping, real-body testing, and iteration to get there.
What I’m looking for:
- Strong grasp of fabric behaviour, drape, tension and construction
- Experience with fitted or functional garments where precision of fit is the priority
- Able to prototype, test, and iterate quickly
- Comfortable taking a tightly scoped problem through to a finished, production-ready result
