About the Role
We are looking for a driven, organized, and ambitious individual to join our team as a Human Resource Intern & Founder’s Office Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Founder while gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, business strategy, and startup execution.
You will play an important role in identifying talent, coordinating hiring processes, supporting business operations, and contributing to strategic initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with applicants.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Founder’s Office
- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and operational projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Track action items and follow up with employees.
- Support business planning and process improvement initiatives.
Operations
- Assist in streamlining internal workflows.
- Organize documentation and maintain records.
- Provide administrative support across different business functions.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA, BMS, BBM, HR, Commerce, Management, or related fields preferred).
- Very strong hold on verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.
