Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist with 6 months–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate should have experience in handling multiple positions simultaneously, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining strong communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle multiple open positions across different departments.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management and ensure timely hiring updates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,037.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
