Account Executive – Enterprise SaaS (Logistics & Supply Chain)

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Account Executive for a fast-growing AI-powered Enterprise SaaS company in the Logistics & Supply Chain space. We are looking for a results-driven hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise customers and managing complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
Candidates with experience in Logistics SaaS are highly preferred. Strong candidates from Manufacturing SaaS, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Fleet Management, or Transportation Technology backgrounds will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and closing enterprise accounts.
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Understand customer business challenges and position the solution through value-based selling.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, and revenue forecasts.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- Proven experience in new logo acquisition (Hunter role).
- Experience selling Enterprise SaaS solutions to customers in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, CPG, Dairy, or 3PL.
- Experience handling enterprise sales cycles of 6–12 months.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
