Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and online engagement for WorkSpan Global (international placement consultancy) and EduSpan Global (study abroad consultancy). The role also involves light office coordination to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media presence (Instagram, Facebook) — content calendar, posting, basic design (Canva)
- Run and optimize lead-gen campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) for student/candidate acquisition
- Support content creation for brochures, outreach decks, and partnership pitches
- Track campaign performance and share regular reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate between founder, clients, and external partners (colleges, agencies, employers)
- Maintain candidate/client trackers, MIS, and follow-up systems
- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, vendor coordination, and documentation
Key Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools for social media and marketing collateral
- Understanding of content calendars, organic social growth, and basic copywriting
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter, comfortable working in a small-team, founder-led environment
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Mass Communication preferred)
- 1 –3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Freshers with a strong digital marketing portfolio/aptitude may also apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
