We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations efficiently within the tourism sector. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize financial transactions accurately. If you are professional, reliable, and have at least 2 years of accounting experience, we would love to have you on our team.
Position: Accountant – Tourism Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Maintain and monitor multiple customer accounts accurately.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, and financial statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments to suppliers, vendors, and partners.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of tax filings, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor company cash flow.
- Prioritize and segregate important financial transactions to ensure smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding bookings, supplier payments, and financial documentation.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.
- Prepare financial reports and assist management in budgeting and financial planning.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum Requirement)
- B.Com (Accounting / Finance)
- BBA (Finance)
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
Diploma / Certification in Accounting Software
Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferred)
- Experience in travel agency / airline / hospitality sector is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
