We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally. Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions. Generate and follow up on leads. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Resolve customer concerns or escalate them when necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or graduate (preferred). Good communication skills in English and/or local language. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Benefits: Fixed salary with performance incentives.
