Position Overview
MetaDesign Solutions is looking for a skilled Frontend / Webflow Developer who can build visually engaging, responsive, and high-performance websites using Webflow and modern frontend technologies. The role requires strong attention to UI precision, performance optimization, and scalable frontend architecture while collaborating closely with design and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain responsive and high-performance websites using Webflow and modern frontend technologies.
- Build and enhance themes, templates, and reusable UI components for scalability and maintainability.
- Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible web pages.
- Implement modern UI techniques such as micro-interactions, advanced animations, smooth transitions, and interactive components to enhance user experience.
- Ensure websites meet performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility standards.
- Manage Webflow CMS structures, collections, and dynamic content integrations.
- Maintain clean, modular, and scalable code architecture following frontend best practices.
- Implement secure coding practices and maintain code quality using tools such as SAST and SonarQube.
- Identify and resolve code vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and frontend issues.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality UI/UX implementations aligned with design specifications.
- Use version control systems (Git) and follow structured development workflows.
- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and frontend performance improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in frontend development or theme development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Webflow development, customization, and CMS management.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
- Experience converting design prototypes into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces.
- Strong understanding of modern UI/UX implementation techniques, animations, and interactive design patterns.
- Experience with modern CSS layouts such as Flexbox and Grid.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks, UI animation libraries, and performance optimization tools.
- Strong attention to design detail, visual precision, and user experience quality.
- Knowledge of Webflow interactions, animations, and advanced CMS capabilities.
- Experience working with no-code / low-code platforms and modern website builders.
- Understanding of frontend performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Familiarity with modern UI trends such as motion UI, micro-interactions, and interactive landing pages.
- Ability to work in fast-paced or startup environments with rapid development cycles.
