Role description
1. Design, develop, and implement solutions on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC / IdentityNow) including configuration and customization.
1. Onboard applications using out-of-the-box and custom connectors (Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Web Services, Flat Files, SaaS applications).
1. Configure and manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle events and identity profiles.
1. Develop and maintain Transforms, Rules, and Workflows in SailPoint ISC.
1. Configure Access Profiles, Roles, Entitlements, and Governance Groups.
1. Implement and manage Access Requests, Approvals, and Certifications (Manager, User, Application Owner reviews).
1. Perform API-based integrations using SailPoint ISC REST APIs for automation and bulk operations.
1. Support RBAC and SoD (Segregation of Duties) policy implementation.
1. Integrate ISC with authoritative sources such as Workday or HR systems.
1. Work on ServiceNow integrations for access request and fulfillment where applicable.
1. Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and support UAT and production deployments.
1. Troubleshoot issues using logs and provide production support when required.
1. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders during design and delivery.
