Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell the company's perfume and beauty product range.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer suitable recommendations.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or retail.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
