Key Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for road construction machinery.
Create detailed 3D models, manufacturing drawings, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and design documentation.
Perform design calculations, stress analysis, and structural evaluations to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.
Develop sheet metal, fabricated, and welded structure designs suitable for manufacturing.
Collaborate with production, purchase, and service teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
Participate in new product development, machine improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities.
Review and improve existing machine designs for enhanced performance and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and company design procedures.
Maintain design revisions, engineering change records, and technical documentation.
Provide technical support to manufacturing, assembly, and installation teams when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
