Design, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and inspection protocols.
- Identify gaps, analyze data, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve production quality.
- Perform in-process and final product inspections, including First Article Inspection and product sampling plans.
- Lead investigations into product failures using techniques like FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams.
- Ensure all products and processes adhere to safety regulations, legal standards, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) validation.
