Job Title: Civil Engineer (Interior Fit-out Experience)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with strong experience in interior fit-out works for commercial, residential, or industrial projects. The candidate should be capable of handling site execution, coordination, and quality control for interior and civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and supervise interior fit-out works (false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, carpentry, modular works, etc.)
- Handle site management and ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with designers, architects, MEP teams, and vendors
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQ, and material requirements
- Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship at site
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Manage subcontractors and ensure work is done as per specifications
- Ensure proper material planning and wastage control
- Handle client coordination and site meetings
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior execution and finishing works
- Experience in commercial/office/retail interior projects
- Ability to read and understand interior & civil drawings
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Problem-solving and site decision-making ability
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant interior fit-out experience is mandatory
