We are currently looking for an experienced Process Associate – Credentialing & Medical Billing to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team and support our US healthcare operations.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience in Provider Credentialing, Enrollment, and Medical Billing within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing provider credentialing, payer enrollments, claim submission, insurance billing, and coordination with insurance companies to ensure smooth reimbursement processes.
Key Responsibilities Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
- Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
- Complete and submit provider enrollment applications with commercial insurance payers, Medicare, and Medicaid.
- Maintain CAQH profiles and ensure all provider information remains accurate and up to date.
- Track credentialing applications and follow up with insurance companies until completion.
- Coordinate with providers to obtain required documentation, licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and other credentialing documents.
- Monitor license expirations and credential renewals to ensure uninterrupted provider participation.
Medical Billing
- Prepare and submit accurate electronic and paper claims to insurance companies.
- Review claims for billing accuracy before submission.
- Ensure claims are submitted according to payer-specific billing guidelines.
- Work with internal teams to resolve claim submission issues.
- Assist in claim corrections and resubmissions whenever necessary.
Insurance Follow-up
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status, enrollment updates, and billing inquiries.
- Resolve billing rejections and enrollment-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of payer communications and resolutions.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and billing documentation.
- Update internal databases and provider records regularly.
- Support internal quality audits and compliance reviews.
Reporting
- Prepare daily productivity reports.
- Maintain credentialing and enrollment status trackers.
- Assist management with operational reports and pending work summaries.
- Meet assigned productivity and quality KPIs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Provider Credentialing
- Provider Enrollment
- CAQH Management
- Medical Billing
- Claims Submission
- Good understanding of:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Commercial Insurance
- HIPAA Compliance
- CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS Codes
- Familiarity with provider enrollment portals and payer websites.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace, and healthcare software.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in the US Night Shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ABA Therapy or Behavioral Health services.
- Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems.
- Experience with Availity, CAQH ProView, PECOS, NPPES, and commercial payer portals.
- Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and insurance claim workflows.

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Night Shift / EST Support)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

This position is based in our Mohali office and supports US healthcare operations during the night shift.
Please note:
- This is strictly an in-office position.
- Work From Home (WFH) is not available.
- The company currently does not provide cab or meal facilities.
- Candidates must arrange their own transportation to and from the office.
- Applicants should be comfortable working during US Night Shift hours before applying.
