We are looking for a Sales Head
- Drive overall sales strategy and achieve revenue targets across regions
- Lead, train, and manage the sales team with clear KPIs and incentives
- Develop new markets, key accounts, and dealer/distributor networks
- Oversee pricing, margins, sales forecasting, and CRM management
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and report MIS to management
- Ensure client retention, contract compliance, and business growth
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
