Quality Inspection
- Inspect finished made-up products (curtains, cushion covers, bed linen, etc.)
- Check stitching quality, measurements, fabric defects, finishing, and color matching
- Ensure products meet buyer specifications and approved samples
Standards Compliance
- Follow company Quality Standards (TLS / TQM / AQL levels)
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and international export standards
In-process & Final Inspection
- Conduct inline inspection during production stages
- Perform final random inspection before packing/shipment
Documentation
- Prepare inspection reports
- Record defects, rejection rate, and quality feedback
- Maintain QC checklists and audit records
Coordination with Production Team
- Communicate defects to production supervisors
- Suggest corrective actions to reduce rework and wastage
Pre-shipment Approval
- Ensure goods are properly packed and labeled
- Approve shipment only after final quality clearance
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
