1. Handle client queries related to transactions, settlements, APIs, reports, and platform usage.
2. Monitor backend systems, transaction flows, and operational dashboards.
3. Investigate transaction failures, delays, mismatches, and operational issues.
4. Coordinate with product, technical, and risk teams for timely issue resolution.
5. Provide regular updates to clients regarding issue status and resolution timelines.
6. Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
7. Ensure adherence to company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory guidelines.
8. Support day-to-day operational activities and process improvements.
