Job Overview
We are looking for a Student Coordinator to support student engagement, academic coordination, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the EdTech or education sector and be passionate about delivering a positive student experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students and address their queries.
- Coordinate student onboarding, orientation, and academic activities.
- Track attendance, student progress, and maintain records.
- Collaborate with faculty, trainers, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Follow up with students regarding classes, assignments, assessments, and deadlines.
- Manage student documentation and administrative processes.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and student engagement activities.
- Handle student concerns and escalations professionally.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate student data.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Student Coordination, Academic Coordination, Administration, or Operations.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Education, Training Institutes, or Higher Education is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/LMS tools.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
