Job Summary
Doaguru Infosystems is looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of our clients and brands. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, social media strategy, audience engagement, and performance analysis across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Write engaging captions, post copy, and content briefs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-performing content.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Run and optimize social media campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing.
- Content planning and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of hashtags, trends, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising (Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an advantage.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.
