Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining safety standards at the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior construction and fit-out activities.
- Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor labor productivity and site progress.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure high workmanship standards.
- Manage material deliveries, inventory, and site requirements.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with project managers.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, residential, commercial, or villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing, carpentry, modular kitchens, false ceilings, flooring and painting.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project reporting.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
