Summary:
cutover Lead role in SAP project
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of the Cutover plan
Maintain and update the list of Cutover activities
Track task statuses and monitor timelines
Collect status updates from teams (IT, business, integration, data)
Prepare Cutover status reports
Support coordination between teams during different Cutover Phases
Document and escalate risks and blockers
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cutover.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex software issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Skilled in documenting processes and maintaining clear records of support activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cutover.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
