Production Management
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer requirements and minimize costs.
- Coordinate resources (materials, manpower, machines) for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and consumables to avoid under/overstocking.
- Ensure machine maintenance and repairs are scheduled to reduce downtime.
- Prepare production reports on output, costs, and efficiency for management review.
Quality Management
- Develop and implement quality control systems (QMS, SPC, ISO standards).
- Oversee inspection and testing of machined components to ensure precision and compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues quickly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).
- Train and mentor staff on quality procedures and compliance requirements.
