Role context & details
- This role is being opened to create stronger ownership of A1Apps' performance marketing engine across acquisition, experimentation, and channel efficiency.
- Based on the title and current marketing hiring context, this should be treated as a hands-on performance marketing lead role rather than a broad brand-first marketing head role.
- The quality bar should be strong execution depth in performance marketing, not generic marketing experience without real channel ownership.
- This role will work closely with leadership, product, design, content, and data to improve growth outcomes and decision quality.

- Build clear dashboards, reporting cadences, and review mechanisms so performance is visible and decision-making is faster.
