Position: AI/ML Engineer
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

CTC: Up to ₹35 LPA
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, MLOps, data engineering, and Generative AI technologies, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to address business challenges.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
- Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model lifecycle management and ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and integrate NLP, Large Language Model (LLM), and Generative AI applications.
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate model performance and business insights.
- Stay updated on emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing scalable AI/ML applications.
- Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques, including:
- Regression
- Classification
- Clustering
- Ensemble Methods
- Deep Learning
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Experience with MLOps platforms such as:
- DataRobot
- Azure ML
- Abacus.AI
- Similar MLOps tools
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of database design and data structures.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with model monitoring, model governance, and AI deployment frameworks.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bengaluru, Karnataka
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
