About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated Sales Associates to help businesses grow through our Google Ads services. This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who enjoy networking, sales, and client acquisition while working with complete flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with businesses that can benefit from Google Ads services.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, social media, or other outreach methods.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the founder.
- Follow up with leads and support the conversion process.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- As you gain experience, you may independently conduct sales meetings and close clients.
Compensation
- Earn 25% commission on the first month's profit generated from each client you bring.
- Earn 10% commission on the monthly profit generated from that client for the following 5 months or until the client becomes inactive, whichever comes first.
- This is a 100% commission-based role with no earning cap.
- High-performing associates can build a substantial recurring income by consistently acquiring and retaining clients.

Training & Onboarding
All selected candidates will attend a 2-hour Zoom induction session covering:
- Business model overview
- Google Ads service offerings
- Sales process and client journey
- Lead generation strategies
- Tools and resources
- Commission structure and performance expectations
Who Should Apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is needed for International deliverables.
