We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef with 1–2 years of experience, specializing mainly in Indian snacks and tea preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches, Indian snacks, and spicy deep-fried items.
- Develop authentic and innovative recipes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.
- Manage ingredients, stock, and kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team and respond to customer preferences.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as an Indian Cook/Chef, preferably in snacks.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
- Passion for preparing high-quality food.
