Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases expertise in graphic design, visual communication, and brand storytelling. The candidate should have experience creating engaging visual content across multiple digital platforms and be proficient in designing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, marketing campaigns and other digital and print media.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.
- Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, websites, advertisements, branding materials, presentations, marketing campaigns, and other digital and print platforms.
- Design engaging visual assets including social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, infographics, illustrations, brand elements, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative layouts by applying design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling techniques to deliver impactful designs.
- Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms and formats while staying updated with the latest graphic design trends, creative tools, technologies and emerging visual communication techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in professional graphic design and visual content creation.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, branding, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating social media creatives, marketing materials, brand assets, advertisements, presentations, illustrations, banners, and other digital and print designs.
- Familiarity with social media design formats and platform-specific content requirements for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand creative concepts and translate ideas into impactful visual designs.
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design projects, branding work, digital creatives, and visual communication designs.
