Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet targets.
- Allocate manpower and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Supervise machine operations and ensure product quality as per standards.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores for smooth workflow.
- Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to 5S practices.
- Identify process improvements to reduce downtime and waste.
- Train and guide operators for skill development and discipline.
Skills & Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or Plastic background
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and shop floor management.
No transport or conveyance facility will be provided.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
