Role Overview
Radhe Radhe EV is looking for an experienced and hands-on Sales & Admin cum HR Manager to drive dealer sales and manage the organisation's day-to-day administrative and HR functions.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the automobile/EV industry, excellent dealer relationship and sales skills, along with practical experience in HR, payroll, employee management, administration, and vendor management.
1. SALESKey Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective EV/automobile dealers.
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company's dealer network.
- Regularly connect with dealers to understand their requirements, sales performance, market challenges, and customer feedback.
- Drive dealer sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with dealers regarding enquiries, orders, stock requirements, payments, and other business needs.
- Monitor dealer-wise sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Develop strategies to improve market penetration and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular dealer meetings and market visits to strengthen relationships and drive business.
- Coordinate with dealers regarding product launches, offers, schemes, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, activities, and market trends in the EV/automobile industry.
- Gather market intelligence and provide actionable feedback to management.
- Prepare and maintain sales, dealer, enquiry, and market reports.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely resolution of dealer requirements and concerns.

2. ADMINISTRATION & HRKey Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative functioning of the office.
- Ensure smooth coordination with workers, employees, support staff, and management.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, working hours, and related records.
- Coordinate and support the monthly payroll process, including attendance and salary inputs.
- Handle recruitment, screening, onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and other confidential documentation.
- Handle routine employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, policies, and workplace matters.
- Address employee and worker concerns and escalate sensitive matters to management when required.
- Support implementation of HR policies, workplace discipline, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with vendors for office, maintenance, operational, logistics, and other business requirements.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage vendors while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, invoices, and payment-related documentation.
- Manage office facilities, housekeeping, security, stationery, utilities, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, documents, and administrative records.
- Prepare regular HR, payroll, attendance, vendor, and administrative reports.
- Coordinate with external agencies, service providers, and government authorities whenever required.
Administration & HR Skills Required
- Good working knowledge of HR processes, payroll, attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Strong people-management and employee-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage workers and support staff effectively.
- Good understanding of workplace discipline and HR policies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Automobile Management, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales, automobile/EV, dealership management, HR, administration, or operations.
- Prior experience in the automobile/EV industry and dealer management will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience handling Sales + Admin + HR responsibilities will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
