We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and result-oriented Online Sales Executive for our Women Ethnic Wear brand. The candidate will handle online customer inquiries, generate sales through digital platforms, manage orders, and ensure excellent customer service experience across WhatsApp, Instagram, the website, and other online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and calls.
- Convert online inquiries into sales.
- Share product images, videos, pricing, and offers with customers.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers for pending orders and payments.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store team for product availability and dispatch.
- Update online order details and customer records.
- Manage customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
- Support live selling, online exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain daily sales reports and inquiry tracking sheets.
- Achieve monthly online sales targets.
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
