Key Responsibilities
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Design and implement maintenance strategies (including routine checks and lubrication schedules) to prevent equipment failures. [1, 2]
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic malfunctions and quickly perform repairs to restore operations. [1, 2]
- Equipment Upgrades: Identify opportunities to improve machine reliability and performance, modifying systems and assisting with the installation of new equipment. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all machinery and facility operations comply with local health and safety regulations. [1, 2]
- Inventory & Budget Management: Manage maintenance tools, order spare parts, track supplies, and control maintenance costs. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance metrics
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
