About the Role
Soltrac Power is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our marketing and canopy activity team. The role involves interacting with people in public and residential areas during canopy events, explaining solar solutions, and generating leads for rooftop and commercial solar projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage canopy stalls at designated locations (residential areas, markets, exhibitions, events, etc.).
- Interact with walk-in visitors and explain the benefits of solar energy and Soltrac Power’s offerings.
- Collect customer details and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Maintain proper data entry and submit daily reports of leads generated.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for canopy locations and schedules.
- Ensure brand visibility and professional presentation during all field activities.
Skills & Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people.
- Fieldwork experience or prior marketing/promotional activity experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy or willingness to learn.
- Must be punctual and result-oriented.
