We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented professional to manage Human Resources while supporting Business Development activities. Primary focus will be HR, along with client relationship management and business growth. Key responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment and onboarding. Maintain HR records and documentation. Coordinate employee engagement. Build and maintain client relationships. Client aur site visits for BD activities. Prepare proposals and presentations. Follow up with prospective clients. Support branding and marketing initiatives.
Eligibility: Graduate or MBA HR or marketing preferred, 2-5 Years relevant experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, willing to travel for client meetings.
Preferred industry: Engineering consultancy, MEP, construction.
Salary: based on experience and performance.
