We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support our sales, administration, and customer service operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, preparing quotations, maintaining records, coordinating with customers and vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Maintain customer, supplier, and product databases.
- Handle email correspondence and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts departments.
- Prepare reports using Excel and maintain MIS records.
- Update CRM, lead sheets, and customer records.
- Process and maintain tender, GeM, and government procurement documentation.
- Generate invoices and coordinate dispatch documentation.
- Manage filing and record-keeping of important documents.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain records accurately.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Good typing speed and email drafting skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in back-office, sales coordination, or administration.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Experience (Electrical Industry)
- Experience in handling electrical products, switchgear, fuses, panels, or industrial products.
- Knowledge of GeM portal, tender documentation, and quotation preparation will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
