Experience: Overall 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, integrations and modern JavaScript (ES6+) with 2+ years of relevant experience within enterprise and Life Sciences/Healthcare environments.
Office Location: Indiranagar (Bangalore, Karnataka) – Remote Work mode (Work from Home)
Working Hours: IST (3 PM - 12 AM / 2 PM - 11 PM - depending on daylight saving).

Job Role: The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and supporting Salesforce-based applications within a regulated Life Sciences environment. The role requires strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, integrations and platform customization to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to implement compliant, high-performing Salesforce solutions supporting healthcare, patient engagement and operational processes aligned with Biopharma industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL and Flows
- Design scalable and reusable UI components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Implement and support Salesforce automation, forms, workflows and business process enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform-level issues, edge cases and production bugs
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams and technical teams to deliver enterprise solutions
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards and performance optimization
- Support deployment activities, code reviews, testing and ongoing system maintenance
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute within an Agile/Scrum delivery environment
- Support solutions aligned with Life Sciences / Healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL and SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Automation and Forms
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex platform-level issues and edge cases
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, governor limits and performance optimization
- Experience with Git/version control systems and deployment processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in enterprise-scale or regulated environments (Life Sciences/Healthcare preferred)
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Veeva CRM
- Knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
- Exposure to MuleSoft integrations
- Experience with AI/Einstein capabilities within Salesforce
- Experience working in GxP or regulated environments
- Knowledge of data governance and patient data handling standards
