Job Details
We are looking for a skilled, dedicated, and responsible AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various air conditioning systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and test Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, Package AC, and VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Systems.
Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and deep cleaning of residential and commercial AC units.
Diagnose and repair faults including cooling issues, gas leakage, compressor failures, electrical and electronic faults, drainage problems, and airflow issues.
Carry out refrigerant gas charging, vacuuming, pressure testing, leak detection, and performance testing.
Install and maintain copper piping, insulation, electrical wiring, drainage lines, and control systems.
Attend breakdown calls and provide emergency repair services with minimal downtime.
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company procedures.
Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and job completion documentation.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical guidance when required.
Requirements
Diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical or a related field.
Experience in installation and servicing of Split, Cassette, Ductable, Package, and VRV/VRF AC systems.
Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, refrigerants, and HVAC components.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
