Key Responsibilities
- Supervise operators and technicians on the production floor
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved
- Monitor machine operations and report issues
- Maintain product quality and reduce defects
- Follow and enforce safety and cleanroom rules
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams
- Prepare basic production reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred)
- 3–6 years of manufacturing experience
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor processes
- Good leadership and communication skills
