Position: 1. Field Sales Representative - Air Compressors & Industrial Products
2. Field Sales Representative - Workshop Equipment & Garage Tools
Candidates will be assigned to either segment based on experience and interest.
1. Products to Handle for Compressor Segment:
- Air compressors & accessories
- Pneumatic tools
- Air systems
2. Products to Handle for Workshop Equipment Segment:
- Hydraulic lifts
- Hydraulic jacks & greasing pumps
- Welding machines
- Battery chargers & testing equipment
- Tool kits & garage hand tools
Key Responsibilities
- Visit workshops, garages, factories, and industrial clients daily
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
- Promote and sell assigned product segment
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure
- Coordinate with service team for installation and after-sales support
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of field sales experience
- Industrial sales preferred for compressor role
- Automobile/workshop sales preferred for equipment role
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
