Key ResponsibilitieS:
- Operate paint production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions.
- Mix paint components accurately according to formulations.
- Perform quality checks for color, consistency, and viscosity.
- Maintain machinery cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Record production data and maintain logs.
- Follow all safety and environmental protocols.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols, especially chemical handling.
- Physical stamina to lift materials and stand for long periods.
- Attention to detail (for Operator: quality checks; for Helper: accuracy in assisting tasks).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to production requirements.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per hour
