Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and securing projects through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
* Search and identify relevant projects on freelancing platforms.
* Write customized proposals and submit bids to potential clients.
* Communicate with clients to understand project requirements.
* Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines.
* Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
* Generate leads through online research and outreach.
* Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and solutions.
* Maintain records of bids, leads, and project opportunities.
* Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
Requirements
* Experience in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, or similar platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
* Knowledge of lead generation and business development.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Basic understanding of IT services, web development, mobile apps, or digital marketing services is a plus.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
* Familiarity with CRM tools.
* Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
