South Interdisciplinary School (SIS) is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure and provide technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, printer, and CCTV issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to school staff.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, CCTV, and printer troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- School experience will be an added advantage.
