Marikar Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager for our Canon Office Automation & Imaging Products (OAIP) division. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing sales team to promote Canon's cutting-edge office automation solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Canon OAIP portfolio.
- Lead Sales Team: Mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives to ensure maximum productivity.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, and dealer networks for Canon products.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients and institutional buyers.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position Canon solutions effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to upper management. [1]
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting targets.
- Industry Background: Mandatory experience in the FMCG or Consumer Electronics/Office Automation sectors.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Marketing preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years of age.
- Skills: Strong leadership, excellent negotiation, corporate presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles.
