As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with internal teams, marketplace partners, and warehouse/logistics teams to maintain seamless backend operations and support supply chain performance.
Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, and Zepto to ensure stock accuracy.
Track order flows and coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Support stock replenishment planning by analyzing sales trends and demand patterns.
Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs), coordinate inwarding processes, and oversee dispatch tracking.
Maintain and update detailed Excel reports for key supply chain and fulfillment KPIs.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and optimize operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with inventory/order tracking tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
