Role description
1. Context/ Purpose of Job
The Tata Archery Academy has been producing world-class athletes who have represented India at the highest levels of competition, including the Olympic Games and the Asian Games. This role is designed for an elite coach with proven international experience and expertise in high-performance archery training. The coach will play a strategic role in developing athletes capable of podium finishes at global events, ensuring they meet international benchmarks and close the gap with leading archery nations.
The selected coach will:
- Drive Olympic-focused training programs with clear milestones leading up to Los Angeles 2028.
- Implement advanced techniques, mental conditioning, and performance analytics to prepare athletes for high-pressure environments.
- Provide specialized inputs based on global best practices, ensuring our athletes consistently perform at medal-winning standards.
- Collaborate with sports science teams to optimize physical, technical, and psychological readiness.
- Foster a culture of excellence and resilience, enabling athletes to transition from national dominance to international medal success.
