Role & responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and quick commerce channels.
- Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, and other key performance metrics.
- Analyze platform sales, availability, and pricing data to identify growth opportunities and fix issues quickly.
- Coordinate with platform/category managers to ensure product visibility, correct listings, and optimal stock availability.
- Work closely with the content and design team to create high-converting creatives and product pages.
- Track competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Required Experience
Mandatory: 6 - 12 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on all platforms Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and quick commerce, consumer goods.
- Exposure to quick commerce advertising such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart or similar platforms is required
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer goods, kitchen, hygiene or household essentials preferred.
- Good understanding of product listings, digital shelf, reviews, ratings, pricing and conversion.
- Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, platform dashboards and Excel / Google Sheets.

This position strictly requires a proven track record within a Quick Commerce platform
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
